Every press in the Wells type shop was humming today, even the creepy one that I don’t like. These books are actually coming together. Look at the image above, for example: Lead type printed on a ghost image after a pressure print using thread, tape and netting. The line outside gets crowded with more stuff. And even I finally got going on a project:
All in all it has been a great day, even at the tough stressful points. And then there are other kinds of moments, like when we discovered that someone was accidentally being inspired by her own earrings.
